Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage workers, and ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise production team and daily activities
Ensure production targets are achieved on time
Monitor quality standards and safety procedures
Prepare daily/weekly production reports
Coordinate with management and other departments
Train and guide workers on processes and safety
✅ Requirements:
Diploma engineering preferred)
2–5 years experience in production or manufacturing
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of production planning and quality control
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
Additional (Preferred):
Experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC
Transferable Iqama
Immediate joining
