We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be locally available and ready to join immediately, with strong experience in managing IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and systems
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and security
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access controls
Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
Apply patches, updates, and security configurations
Support internal teams with IT-related technical issues
Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3–6 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux systems
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, RHCSA) preferred
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
