IT Systems Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated IT Systems Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately, with strong troubleshooting and user support experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and software
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory)
Support email systems (e.g., Outlook, Microsoft 365)
Monitor IT systems and ensure minimal downtime
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required
Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking
Document support tickets, solutions, and procedures
Assist in system upgrades, patches, and deployments
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking concepts
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
Good understanding of printers, scanners, and office IT equipment
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Available to join immediately
Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of servers and virtualization is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
