Systems Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Systems Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Candidates must be currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions (Active Directory)
Support email systems such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365
Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively
Assist in maintaining servers and basic network infrastructure
Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
Maintain IT inventory and asset records
Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience in IT support or systems support roles
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Experience with troubleshooting end-user devices and IT systems
Knowledge of remote desktop tools and helpdesk systems
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Available to join immediately
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows Server or Linux environments
Exposure to virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
