Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized IT Coordinator to support and coordinate daily IT operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between users, IT support teams, and vendors, ensuring efficient handling of technical issues and IT projects. Candidates must be currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate IT support requests and ensure timely resolution
Act as the primary point of contact between end users and IT teams
Monitor and track helpdesk tickets and escalate issues when required
Assist in managing IT assets, inventory, and procurement
Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and maintenance
Support system implementations, upgrades, and IT projects
Maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, and policies
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures
Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees (IT setup, access, etc.)
Prepare reports on IT operations, incidents, and performance
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field
2–4 years of experience in IT support, coordination, or similar role
Basic technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing systems and Microsoft 365
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with vendors and service providers is a plus
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Available to join immediately
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of ITIL processes or IT service management
Basic understanding of Active Directory and user management
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
