We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Operations Support Specialist to ensure the smooth functioning of daily IT and operational systems. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, monitor systems, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Candidates must be currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical and operational support across systems and platforms
Monitor system performance, uptime, and operational processes
Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks
Coordinate with IT, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve incidents
Support deployment of updates, patches, and system enhancements
Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of operational activities
Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and procedures
Assist in managing user access, permissions, and system configurations
Support business continuity and disaster recovery processes
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or similar role
Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and basic networking
Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and basic server support
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Available to join immediately
Preferred Skills
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of databases and system integrations
Understanding of ITIL or service management processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
