Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales strategy, business development, and team management. Candidates must be currently based in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Bahrain and surrounding markets
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to optimize offerings and campaigns
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of Bahrain’s market and business environment
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Available to join immediately

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
Ability to implement sales strategies and business plans
