Job Responsibilities
Quality System Establishment (MEP Focus):
Assist the QC Manager in establishing the project quality management system for MEP works during the pre-construction phase. Participate in the preparation and submission of the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
MEP ITP Development:
Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for all MEP disciplines, including HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Electrical systems, ensuring proper definition of Hold (H), Witness (W), and Review (R) points.
Technical Compliance Review:
Review MEP drawings, specifications, and method statements. Ensure all quality documents are aligned with project specifications, SBC, and international standards (e.g., ASTM, NFPA, IEC).
Pre-Construction Coordination:
Coordinate with MEP engineers, consultants, and document control teams to ensure all quality procedures and inspection requirements are clearly defined before site execution.
Documentation Control Support:
Support in submission, tracking, and approval of QA/QC documents (ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, etc.).
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years QA/QC experience in MEP works
Strong hands-on experience in ITP & PQP preparation (MEP)
Familiar with HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical inspection standards
Good knowledge of SBC, NFPA, IEC, and other international standards
Experience in hotel, commercial, or large-scale building projects preferred
Good English communication skills
