Mortgage & Finance Sales Specialist (Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly motivated and financially knowledgeable Sales Specialist to join our real estate company. This role focuses primarily on mortgage solutions, financing advisory, and client financial qualification, rather than traditional property sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking or financial services, with hands-on experience in mortgage products, credit analysis, and financing structures.

Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on mortgage options, financing plans, and payment structures
• Assess client eligibility through financial analysis and credit evaluation
• Structure and present customized financing solutions aligned with client needs
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to secure loan approvals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage regulations, interest rates, and lending policies
• Support the sales team by ensuring clients are financially qualified and ready to purchase
• Build strong relationships with banks, lenders, and financial partners
• Guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process (application → approval → disbursement)
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local financial regulations

Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in:
• Banking
• Mortgage lending
• Finance companies or credit institutions
• Strong knowledge of:
• Mortgage products
• Loan structuring
• Interest calculations
• Credit risk assessment
• Experience dealing with home loans, real estate financing, or retail banking products
• Excellent communication and client advisory skills
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, client-friendly manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in real estate financing or developer-backed mortgage programs
• Existing relationships with banks or financial institutions
• Knowledge of local mortgage regulations and compliance requirements
