The candidate must possess the following skills:
*First, proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Max.
*Second, expertise in quantity surveying using Excel for both civil and finishing works.
*Third, proficiency in shop drawings for exterior GRC decorations, interior gypsum board work, air *conditioning, woodwork (cabinets, kitchens, doors), and all other building-related aspects.
*Fourth, a thorough understanding of all required documentation for technical office work.
*Fifth Need to make boq for all finishing works
* &sixth understand all civil works
