Division Facility Management
Reporting To Manager, City Opening
Role Purpose
Support the city opening and transition management program through detailed planning, coordination, and documentation. The role focuses on managing the operations readiness, handover deliverables, and operational interface tracking to ensure smooth transit ion from development to operations.
Key Activities
• Collaborate with projects team to develop and implement comprehensive asset management plans that
support operational needs.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including handover checklists and maintenance
requirements.
• Validate asset register competencies prior to takeover and support BIM to CAFM data migration validation.
• Track warranties, spare parts lists, DLP schedules, and critical asset documentation.
• Support integrated systems testing and performance validation prior to operational acceptance and review
commissioning reports and highlight technical gaps.
• Develop and maintain service boundaries and demarcation matrices. Validate utility handover boundaries
and infrastructure interface clarity.
• Maintain communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the handover process.
• Maintain city opening risk register and mitigation plan to ensure proper tracking and risk event closure.
• Support handover and takeover planning activities across assets and packages.
• Support development of operational readiness and acceptance criteria.
• Support CAFM configuration, asset tagging validation, and work order testing. Ensure preventive
maintenance plans are uploaded and validated before Go-Live.
• Analyze asset performance data to support decision making and improve future handover process.
• Prepare regular dashboards and process reports.
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project coordination, transition and handover, and large-scale
infrastructure delivery support.
• Experience supporting readiness & asset transition in major facility / city opening
program.
• Experience in asset handover within infrastructure or master community projects.
• Experience in coordinating authority inspections and compliance
documentation
• Exposure to FM mobilization and service boundary definition
• Experience in multi-asset environment (roads, utilities, districts, public realm)
Skills and Competencies
• Deep understanding of handovers, commissioning, and operations readiness.
• Experience in handover with strong technical knowledge.
• Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, infrastructure, and public realm assets. Ability to interpret
commissioning documentation and identify deficiencies.
• Proficiency in CAFM/EAM systems and asset data structures.
• Strong analytical capability with dashboard and KPI tracking experience.
• Strong in documentation and reporting capability
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong
coordination and follow up skills.
