What you'll do:
Install, commission, and maintain tolling and automation systems across field sites to ensure maximum uptime.
Troubleshoot and resolve faults in sensors, controllers, PLCs, communication devices, and field cabling.
Replace, calibrate, and test field devices including barriers, loop detectors, and ANPR cameras.
Respond to system incidents promptly and within defined SLA windows, including outside regular hours.
Perform routine preventive maintenance checks and maintain accurate service records.
Coordinate with remote support teams and escalate complex issues as needed.
What you'll bring:
Minimum 3 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of tolling or automation systems.
Strong hands-on knowledge of sensors, controllers, PLCs, communication devices, and field cabling.
Proven experience calibrating and testing field devices such as barriers, loop detectors, and ANPR cameras.
Working understanding of basic networking — IP addressing, switches, and routers.
Willingness and ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts and be on-call for incident response.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.
