As an IT Operations Technician, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organisation’s IT infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted day‑to‑day operations. This includes hardware, software, network devices, and related systems. Candidates must be based in Bahrain and ready for immediate joining.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network devices (LAN/Wi‑Fi).
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Support routine backups, system updates, and security patches.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT operations, incidents, and resolutions.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff as needed.
🎓 Requirements
Must be locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in IT operations, helpdesk, infrastructure support, or similar technical role.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and basic server administration.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
📌 Preferred Skills (Optional)
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certifications, or ITIL Foundation.
Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and Active Directory.
