We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain and have a basic understanding of Bahrain labor law.
Responsibilities:
Assist in full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, and shortlisting candidates)
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Support HR team with onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
Knowledge of Bahrain labor law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Locally available in Bahrain
