Role Overview
Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Jeddah, KSA (Field work / Onsite)
Schedule: Part-time (3 days per week)
Salary: 2,500 SAR – 3,000 SAR (Total Package)
Key Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Legal: Must have a Valid Iqama (No transfer provided) and a Valid Driving License.
Transport: Must have your own vehicle (100% traveling to various client sites is required).
Technical: Hands-on experience with the latest Windows, Office 365, hardware/printer maintenance, and basic LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Skills: Proficiency in ticketing tools, patching/installs, and strong English communication skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Providing on-site technical support across various locations in Jeddah.
-Resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
-Managing user onboarding/offboarding and device setups.
-Documenting fixes and maintaining high service standards.
