We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage HR processes and ensure smooth operations. The candidate must be locally available in Bahrain and have knowledge of Bahrain labor law.
Responsibilities:
Handle HR operations including employee records, attendance, and payroll support
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and internal policies
Support HR projects and process improvements
Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures
Respond to employee queries and provide HR support
Requirements:
Knowledge of Bahrain labor law
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and proactive
Locally available in Bahrain
