Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential candidates through multiple channels
Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates
Maintain and update the candidate database
Support the recruitment team with interview coordination and follow-ups
Ensure recruitment practices comply with Bahrain labor regulations
Requirements:
Knowledge of Bahrain labor law
Strong research and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
Locally available in Bahrain
