Job Responsibilities:
Review drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Prepare and analyze accurate cost estimates.
Perform quantity take-offs and cost calculations for projects.
Prepare pricing reports and updates.
Requirements:
Experience in estimation within building materials or interior finishes.
Good knowledge of the projects market.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Salary: 5,000 SAR total package (Negotiable)
