We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage HR functions and support organizational growth. The candidate must be locally available in Bahrain and have knowledge of Bahrain labor law.
Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations including employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and company policies
Maintain HR records and reports
Support performance management and training initiatives
Handle employee queries and provide HR guidance
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor law
Proven experience in HR operations and employee management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
Locally available in Bahrain
