We are seeking an experienced API‑780 Security Risk Assessment Trainer to deliver a structured, online training program covering the full API‑780 methodology and security risk management principles.

API‑780 Security Risk Assessment Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high‑quality online training aligned with API‑780 Security Risk Assessment Methodology
Teach core SRA concepts: scope, terminology, risk variables (Likelihood, Consequences, Threat, Attractiveness, Vulnerability), and HCIS security requirements
Train learners in the API‑780 SRA approach, including:
– Risk‑based screening and planning
– Threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments
– Risk ranking and countermeasure identification
Guide students in completing API‑780 forms and worksheets
Conduct practical exercises, case studies, and real‑world SRA scenarios
Teach countermeasure evaluation (access control, intrusion detection, perimeter security, information security)
Introduce QRA examples and the use of software tools for updating risk registers
Support learners in developing SRA reports, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps
Mentor students to become job‑ready security professionals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Engineering, HSE, Risk Management, or related field (preferred)
3–5 years of experience in security, risk assessment, HSE, or industrial operations
1–2+ years of experience as a trainer or instructor
Strong knowledge of API‑780 methodology and security risk assessment practices
Familiarity with HCIS requirements (preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to deliver structured and engaging online training
Preference for candidates residing in Riyadh
