We are hiring an experienced MEP FM Supervisor for our iconic project in Jeddah.
🔹 Position: MEP FM Supervisor
🔹 Location: Jeddah
🔹 Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) – MEP
Must have a transferable Iqama
Immediate joiners only (within 1–2 days after selection)
Fluent in English
Only candidates with FM experience will be considered
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily MEP maintenance operations (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing)
Ensure proper preventive & corrective maintenance of all MEP systems
Monitor and manage HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, pumps, and electrical panels
Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors for smooth FM operations
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Attend and resolve breakdown complaints within SLA timelines
Maintain reports, logs, and documentation for all MEP activities
Support in energy management and cost optimization
🔹 Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of MEP systems in FM environment
Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to handle team supervision and site coordination
Familiar with CMMS systems and maintenance planning
Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations
Good communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 Salary & Benefits:
Salary: SAR 4,000 – 4,500 (based on experience)
Accommodation & transportation provided by the company
Working hours: 9 hours/day
Weekly off: 1 day
