I hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering Technology from Preston University, Islamabad, along with Diplomas in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying. With over 8 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in site supervision, project execution, and coordination for both building and road projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
I have solid experience in surveying works, with a strong command of site layout and setting-out activities. I am proficient in using modern surveying instruments such as Total Station and Auto Level, ensuring accuracy in alignment, leveling, and measurements. I have successfully carried out layouts for roads, villas, high-rise buildings, and infrastructure projects in accordance with approved drawings.
My experience covers both structural and finishing works. In structural works, I have supervised foundations, raft slabs, columns, beams, slabs, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete works. In finishing works, I have managed block work, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, ceiling works, and final handover stages, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely project delivery.
Additionally, I have strong experience in road construction, including earthworks, subgrade, base course, asphalt works, and utility/duct installation. I am proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, enabling me to prepare shop drawings, BOQs, WPR (Work Progress Reports), and daily progress reports efficiently. I also have practical knowledge of ASTM standards, Saudi Aramco standards, and international construction practices followed in Gulf projects.
I hold NEBOSH IGC certification and have a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) on site. I also possess good communication skills, team leadership ability, and experience in coordinating with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
