Key Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings
✔ Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
✔ Evaluate variations, claims, and contractor payments
✔ Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
✔ Support tendering and procurement processes
✔ Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams
✔ Ensure compliance with contractual requirements (FIDIC preferred)
Requirements:
✅ 5-10 years of experience in hotel / high-rise construction projects
✅ Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation & cost control
✅ Proficiency in Excel & QS software (CostX, PlanSwift, etc.)
✅ Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination (Civil, Arch, MEP)
✅ Knowledge of Saudi market & standards preferred
