Position: Medical Insurance Officer
Responsibilities:
Handle medical insurance requests (Add/Remove/Update/Cancel) for employees & dependents.
Coordinate with the insurer/providers and follow up on card issuance/activation.
Prepare brief reports when required.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience (preferred).
Strong Excel & follow-up skills.
Priority will be given to candidates with Bupa (Bupa Arabia) experience.
