1. QC MECHANICAL INSPECTOR
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5–10 years of QA/QC experience in EPC projects, preferably in water treatment, STP, WWTP, desalination, and pumping station projects.
Responsible for inspection of mechanical installation works including piping, pumps, blowers, tanks, valves, rotating equipment, and pressure vessels.
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, project specifications, and applicable codes such as ASME, API, AWS, ASTM, and AWWA.
Inspect welding, fabrication, piping fit-up, hydrotesting, pressure testing, alignment, painting/coating, and pre-commissioning activities.
Review and maintain QA/QC documentation including MIRs, IRs, NCRs, welding logs, NDT reports, hydrotest records, and punch lists.
Coordinate with client, consultant, and third-party inspectors for inspections and approvals.
Knowledge of welding inspection, NDT, hydrotest procedures, and reading P&IDs, isometrics, and GA drawings is essential.
GCC / Saudi Arabia project experience and familiarity with Saudi client standards will be preferred.
