Sales Specialist PPE ( Personal Protective Equipment )

We kindly request initiating the search for suitable candidates for the position of Sales Specialist – Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) within the ISD Sales Department.

Work Locations:
• Eastern Province (Dammam / Khobar / Jubail)
• Central Province (Riyadh)

Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in PPE sales
• Strong knowledge of all PPE categories (Head-to-Toe PPE)
• Experience in the Saudi market with an existing network of contacts (preferred)
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to achieve sales targets

Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Marketing)
• Strong command of the English language
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably CRM systems

Additional Requirements:
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to travel between cities
• Availability of a car
Job description :

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development & Target Achievement:
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Identify and acquire new customers to expand the company’s client base.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and convert leads into successful deals.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable PPE solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and service.
3. Sales & Negotiation:
• Prepare and present commercial offers to customers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to secure profitable deals.
• Follow up on sales orders from quotation to delivery.

4. Product Knowledge:
• Maintain strong knowledge of PPE products (Head-to-Toe range) and specifications.
• Provide professional advice and recommendations to customers based on their requirements.
5. Market & Competitor Analysis:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and pricing.
6. Internal Coordination:
• Coordinate with inventory, operations, and procurement teams to ensure product availability.
• Ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
7. Reporting & CRM:
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customers and opportunities using CRM systems (if applicable).
8. Compliance & Development:
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.
9. Field Work & Mobility:
• Conduct regular field visits to customers within the assigned regions.
• Be willing to travel between cities as required.
