My professional experience includes quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender analysis, variation evaluation, and contract administration. I am experienced in working with international and Saudi project standards such as FIDIC contract conditions, Saudi Aramco standards, and other construction specifications commonly used in projects across Saudi Arabia.
I am proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, and other tools used for quantity surveying and project cost management. I am committed to delivering accurate estimations and effective cost control to support successful project execution.
I currently hold a valid and transferable Iqama and I am available to join immediately.
