Job Purpose:
To find a dedicated and meticulous technician to operate and program a laser cutting machine, ensuring the quality of the final product and maintaining machine safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate the laser cutting machine (fiber or CO2) as required.
Upload design files (DXF, DWG) and adjust cutting settings (speed, power, and gas) based on the thickness and material used (iron, stainless steel, etc.).
Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and prevent any technical defects or material waste.
Perform routine maintenance on the machine (cleaning lenses, inspecting nozzles, and lubricating shafts).
Operate with measuring instruments (vernier caliper and micrometer) to ensure the cut meets specifications.
