Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
• Develop strategies and set goals to drive business growth
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Establish and implement policies and procedures
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operational and financial performance
• Lead employee performance evaluations
• Prepare regular reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Resolve operational issues such as profit decline, staff conflicts, and competitive challenges
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in high-end fine dining or casual dining concepts
• Strong knowledge of financial KPIs and restaurant performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership ability and team spirit
• Experience managing multicultural teams
• Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic fluency is a plus)
• Strong product knowledge
