Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in KSA
Strong experience in hardscape and landscape works
Ability to manage site execution and coordination
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute hardscape works (paving, interlock, curbstone, irrigation systems, etc.)
Manage and oversee landscape activities including planting, turfing, and maintenance
Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure proper implementation
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
Ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
