HR Executive (Government Platforms)

🔹 Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented (Arabic speaking, Sudanese nationals preferred) HR Executive to manage and oversee all HR-related activities on government platforms for our company in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Saudi government portals and a strong understanding of HR operations within the Kingdom.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and operate government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, Mudad, and MOL
• Handle employee onboarding, contract creation, and documentation
• Process visa issuance, renewals, transfers, and cancellations
• Maintain employee records in compliance with Saudi labor laws
• Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and official documents
🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR operations in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government systems
• Proficiency in using HR portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
