Do Your Accounts And Bookkeeping Gaslighting You

I didn't start Compass because I love accounting (okay, I actually do!).

I started it because I watched really good founders make really bad decisions ...and I knew why.

I spent years inside companies...in the numbers, in the forecasts, in the board packages.

And what I kept seeing was the same thing:

Founders who built something real.
A real service. Real clients. Real team.

Who were making pivotal decisions >>hiring, pricing, whether to take on debt, whether to add a service line << without the financial infrastructure to actually evaluate those decisions well.

Not because they were bad at business.
Because nobody had ever built that layer for them.

Their bookkeeper kept the records.
Their CPA filed the taxes.

But nobody was translating.
Nobody was saying: here's what your numbers mean, here's what they're telling you to do, here's what you should be worried about and what you can stop worrying about.

That's the work I do.

And I'm biased, but I think it's some of the most important work a growing business can access.

Not because finance is magic.
Because clarity is.

Founders don't need perfect numbers.
They need to understand the numbers they have.

That's what I build.

If this resonates, I'd love to connect. No pitch. Just a real conversation.
