We are seeking a highly experienced Vendor Registration & Pre Qualification Specialist to lead and manage all company registrations across major clients, government entities, and EPC contractors in Saudi Arabia.
This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the company is fully registered, prequalified, and positioned to access high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end vendor registration and prequalification processes across:
Saudi Aramco
SABIC
NEOM
Red Sea Global
Diriyah Gate Development Authority
Manage registrations on major platforms such as:
SAP Ariba
Etimad Portal
Client/vendor portals for EPC contractors
Prepare, submit, and track all required documents, forms, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required technical, financial, and legal documents
Follow up with client procurement and vendor management teams until approval
Maintain a structured database of all registrations, statuses, and updates
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of direct experience in vendor registration / prequalification in Saudi Arabia
Proven experience with major clients and EPC contractors
Strong knowledge of:
Aramco vendor registration process (IKTVA preferred)
SAP Ariba
Etimad and government platforms
Ability to manage multiple registrations simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred)
