MEP &Security Supervisor

Lead and supervise MEP, electrical, and security system installations, ensuring full compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and international standards. Oversee end-to-end execution of LV/MV power and control cabling, including UTP and fiber optic (FOC) systems, with a strong focus on cable laying, glanding, termination, ferruling, tagging, and routing.

Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including motors, switchgear, panels, ALP Area lighting poles (10m) installation with Proper alignment, Light fixture assembling and associated infrastructure such as FEC and DRI Enclosure. Ensure proper identification, documentation, and quality assurance throughout all installation phases.

Supervise ELV systems including CCTV , access control, and integrated security system, ensuring seamless operation and system reliability. Oversee HVAC installations including Air Handling Units (AHU), Precision Units (PAC/PSU), and cassette-type air conditioning systems.

Coordinate closely with QA/QC teams and other disciplines to ensure smooth execution of plumbing systems including water supply, sewage, and stormwater networks. Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies, manage site teams effectively, and ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.
