Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and ensure timely responses.
- Process sales orders, track deliveries, and follow up with logistics and operations teams.
- Assist in preparing presentations, contracts, and sales materials.
- Maintain communication between sales, finance, operations, and management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement when needed.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and standards.
