The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design HVAC systems including load calculations, ducting, and equipment selection
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and system optimization
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and codes
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material submittals
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC design/installation
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, HAP, or similar HVAC design software
• Good communication and project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Gulf/Bahrain projects
• Knowledge of ASHRAE standards
• HVAC certification (if any)
