RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.


Salary : 200 - 300 BD ( Negotiable )
8 Hours / 26 Days


Key roles and responsibilities include:
Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinating interviews across different time zones, arranging candidate travel, and managing last-minute changes.
Candidate Communication: Serving as the main point of contact, providing updates, and delivering feedback to candidates.
Job Posting & Sourcing: Posting job openings on job boards, social media, and the company website.
Administrative Support: Conducting background checks, processing employment paperwork, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Onboarding Support: Assisting with initial onboarding steps, including arranging IT support and office tours for new hires.
Reporting & Data Management: Reviewing interview metrics, creating reports, and identifying bottlenecks to improve the recruitment process.
