We are hiring a Data Engineer with AI specialization to join our team in Jeddah, focused on Saudi capital markets (Tadawul Main Market and Nomu).
Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using GCP (Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Data Fusion, BigQuery, Bigtable, Vertex AI)
Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows in Python for real-time and batch processing of market data
Utilize Cloud Functions and Cloud Run for serverless data processing
Develop and deploy ML models for forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive analytics using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
Perform feature engineering and preprocessing using Vertex AI Workbench and Data Refinery
Integrate third-party financial APIs and automate data ingestion workflows
Build dashboards and reports in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Enforce data quality, governance, and security standards using Dataplex, Cloud Data Catalog, and IAM controls
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting across GCP infrastructure
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Finance, or a related field
2+ years in data engineering or AI/ML engineering
Strong Python skills; hands-on with Pandas, NumPy, and SQL
Proven GCP experience: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong communication and project management skills
Experience with Saudi capital markets or financial data is a strong advantage

Candidates must be in Jeddah or able to relocate independently.
