Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of international trade lanes, Incoterms, and customs clearance procedures.
Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a significant advantage for regional negotiations).
Technical Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a "can-do" startup attitude, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for client meetings.
