“A furnished two-bedroom apartment will be available for rent for 2 decent bachelors or single family. Apartment it is available after 18 April 2026. It includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen. A Wi-Fi connection is also available; however, the electricity bill is not included. The apartment is located above Al Ajwa Restaurant in Balad near to zain office, and everything is within walking distance, including mosques and various types of shops. In addition, company buses operate nearby.

Note: The rent must be paid every three months, and a security deposit of 600 is required.
