I am looking for a job and I am Experienced HSE Professional with 5 years of proven expertise in GIS grid stations, infrastructure projects, and process safety. Skilled in implementing health, safety, and environmental management systems, ensuring compliance with international standards, and promoting a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs
Conduct risk assessments (JSA, HIRA) and recommend effective control measures
Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and client-specific safety standards
Supervise daily site HSE activities and enforce safe work practices
Monitor high-risk activities such as LOTO, confined space entry, work at height, and lifting operations
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions
Perform regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and root cause analysis
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records
Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance among workforce
Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and safety campaigns
Liaise with management, clients, and workers to improve safety performance
