I am writing to apply for the position of Civil Procurement Engineer. I have over four years of hands-on experience in civil construction procurement, working on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Currently, I am working with Top International Engineering Corporation in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, where I support procurement activities for civil works, including RFQs, quotation analysis, vendor coordination, material submittals, purchase orders, and site–store coordination. Previously, I worked with ZKB Construction Engineering Limited, where I gained strong experience in supplier management, BOQ-based material take-offs, and cost evaluation.
I am well-versed in procurement documentation, MS Excel-based tracking, and coordination with site, engineering, and store teams to ensure timely material availability while supporting project cost control. I have good command of English and basic knowledge of Arabic, and I am comfortable working in fast-paced EPC and construction environments.
