Construction Manager will responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from initiation to completion. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Review and approve drawings, specifications, and materials.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are an advantage.
