Job Responsibilities:
? Lead and Supervise QA/QC Civil Team
? Directly supervise and guide a team of QA/QC Inspectors assigned to different areas
(roads, infrastructure, tanks, buildings).
? Allocate inspection tasks and monitor their performance to ensure coverage and
quality compliance.
? Review and Approve QA/QC Documents
? Review method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, and technical
submittals.
? Ensure that all documentation complies with project specifications and client

? Act as the main point of contact for all quality-related issues with the client.
? Attend quality meetings and resolve site-level NCRs, observations, and audit findings.

? Oversee material receiving inspections and confirm approvals from client/consultant.
? Track third-party testing, calibration of equipment, and ensure validity of certificates.
? Control Non-Conformances and Corrective Actions
? Investigate quality issues, issue NCRs, and ensure timely closure with
corrective/preventive actions.
? Maintain NCR logs and report critical findings to the QA/QC Manager and Project
Manager.
? Support Construction Team on Quality Matters
? Provide technical support and quality guidance to site engineers and supervisors to
ensure proper implementation of quality requirements.
