Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector.
Strong background in managing daily operations, staff and overall business performance.
Experience in coffee field is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
