Key Duties and Responsibilities
Production and Preparation: Measuring and mixing ingredients, kneading, proofing, and baking doughs, batters, and fillings to produce bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries.
Decorating and Finishing: Applying glazes, icing, frosting, and decorations to pastries and cakes for retail display.
Equipment Operation: Operating and cleaning large-volume machinery, including mixers, blenders, dough sheeters, and commercial ovens.
Inventory and Stock Management: Tracking ingredients, ordering supplies, and checking inventory levels to prevent shortages.
Quality Control and Food Safety: Ensuring all products meet quality standards and adhering to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Customer Service: Depending on the setting, they may assist customers, take special orders, and handle transaction
