BESCO E&C is seeking experienced Business Development Professionals (BDE & BDM) to support the company’s expansion across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by identifying strong opportunities and converting them into successful projects and long-term client relationships.

Experience Requirements
* 5–8 years of relevant Business Development experience in Saudi Arabia
* Strong market connections across industrial sectors and EPC contractors
* Proven track record of generating business opportunities, tenders, and contracts
* Good understanding of the Saudi industrial and project market
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across KSA
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and key decision-makers
* Utilize professional network to generate qualified leads and convert them into projects
* Coordinate internally with technical and commercial teams for proposals, presentations, and tender submissions
* Maintain a structured sales pipeline and follow-up system to achieve business targets
* Support company growth by expanding presence in industrial services, manpower supply, project support, and contracting sectors.
Required Skills
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
* Ability to develop relationships and close business opportunities
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and well connected within the Saudi market
* Strong understanding of client procurement processes and tendering procedures
