Key Responsibilities
Create and develop daily content (especially short-form videos) with high quality
Plan content with a strong focus on increasing sales and conversions
Write compelling and audience-focused scripts
Analyze content performance and continuously optimize results
Improve key content elements such as:
Hook (first seconds of the video)
Storytelling
Call to Action (CTA)
Strong understanding of platform algorithms:
TikTok
Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts
Coordinate with influencers and content creators, providing direction to ensure alignment with brand goals
Work closely with the marketing and ads team to improve performance
Execute ideas quickly and turn them into daily published content
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation
Proven experience creating videos that generate results (views and sales)
Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
Ability to communicate in English
Strong skills in:
Filming (mobile or camera)
Video editing
Script writing
Fast execution and ability to maintain daily posting consistency
Strong understanding of audience behavior and how to convert it into effective content
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce
Experience in paid ads content (performance-driven content)
Ability to consistently generate new content ideas
Experience working with and managing influencers
KPIs (Performance Metrics)
Number of videos produced (daily/weekly)
