Job Summary

The Area Manager at BTW Caf? is responsible for managing multiple caf? branches across Riyadh, ensuring excellence in operations, customer service, and brand standards. The role focuses on driving sales, improving efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

Oversee daily operations of all BTW caf? outlets
Ensure consistency in food quality, service, and cleanliness
Conduct regular store audits and inspections

Sales & Performance

Achieve and exceed sales targets
Analyze reports and implement strategies to boost revenue
Support promotions and local marketing initiatives

Team Leadership

Train, supervise, and develop branch managers and staff
Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions
Ensure proper staffing and scheduling

Customer Experience

Maintain excellent service standards across all outlets
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
Deliver a consistent and welcoming caf? experience

Compliance & Control

Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (KSA regulations)
Monitor inventory, control costs, and reduce wastage
Maintain BTW brand standards and SOPs

Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
Provide operational insights to senior management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Hospitality, or related)
4–7 years of experience in F&B or retail operations
Minimum 2–3 years in multi-unit management (caf?/QSR preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary: SAR 6,000 – 8,000 per month
