We are looking for a results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive performance at our restaurant in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a sharp operational mindset, and a proven track record in managing teams, controlling costs, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and support staff
Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
Actively engage with guests, greet customers, and ensure a welcoming dining experience
Monitor sales performance, control costs, and drive profitability
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Develop staff schedules, manage attendance, and optimize workforce productivity
Implement and maintain operational procedures and service standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency in food quality and service
Requirements:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Proven ability to manage teams and handle high-pressure environments
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and performance management
Experience in inventory management, purchasing, and supplier coordination
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Experience with POS systems and reporting tools is an advantage
